Successful applicants will have the following:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree specializing in the subject taught and a certified teaching qualification, preferably.
- Experience teaching in an International curriculum school is required, Cambridge A levels or equivalent experience is essential.
- Possesses a strong knowledge of pedagogical practices necessary for success within the Cambridge Curriculum
- Proven track record of delivering excellent results at IGCSE / AS /A Levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills is needed to work closely with students and parents.
- Aspiration to work in a world class school with real prospects for enhancing their career.
- A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
- Familiar with school systems and strong IT skills.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the Cambridge Curriculum
- Ensure lessons are engaging, informative and cater to a range of learning styles and abilities
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure a conducive learning environment.
- Create and curate teaching materials, resources and activities to support the curriculum
- Participate in professional development and contribute to regular staff training/meetings
- Continuously seek ways to improve teaching practices and student outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents with regard to pupils’ achievements and well-being
- Ensure that children with learning differences are provided with appropriately differentiated programs
