  • Our Little GEMS curriculum is based on the way children naturally learn; they acquire knowledge, develop skills and improve their understanding, applying what they have learned to new situations. The curriculum is our in house resource designed using the EYFS framework. It beautifully amalgamates best practices from Montessori, Lev Vygotsky and Reggio Amelia approaches to learning.

Grades 1 to 5
GemsModern Academy Primary School section offers an International education which aims to develop inquiring
Grades 6 to 8
In Grades 6-8 we introduce the Cambridge Lower Secondary, which is typically for learners aged 11 to 14 years.
Grade 9 & 10
In Grades 9-10 we offer Cambridge IGCSE’s, the world’s most popular international qualification for 14 to 16 year olds.
Grades 11 and 12
We prepare our students for life, helping them to develop an informed curiosity and a lasting passion for learning.

Beyond The Classroom

GEMS Modern Academy to offers enriching experiences and extra-curricular activities run by our dedicated teaching staff or local community experts. Extra-curricular activities build students’ aspirations and provide them with the foundations and transferable skills to make new friends and, most importantly, have fun.

Art & Design Studio

According to a study for Project Zero at Harvard University, “A quality art education program can develop the capacity to think creatively and the capacity to make connections.” Through art education, we help our students develop creativity, encourage creative expression and cultivate an open mind.

Dance, Music & Drama

We provide opportunities where children demonstrate originality and inventiveness in the field of performing arts. This is done taking into account age-appropriateness. Children analyse and appreciate the nuances of various genres, and styles of maestros.
